Would it be possible to make a quest for someone who wants to join your guild? I know you could do it freebase but would it be possible to create your own quest that the person would have to complete in order to get entry into the guild? Also it should cost money to create a guild so theres not a million people making guilds. Also would it be possible to disband a guild by killing the leader etc?

Since quests can be created with scripts, yes, you could create a formal quest using the scripting language.
Guilds are still informal. We could create a formal mechanism for forming and dissolving guilds. Right now you might have to kill off everyone in a guild to destroy it. I don't know how we will make it work if we make it a more formal struture.
As for charging for setting up guilds, we have looked at various alternative approaches to how to charge for them game. We've had players express a preference for a simple monthly subscription. I do prefer some method where it would be possible for people to play for free, but we'll see. In the meantime, we're just asking for donations.

There could be a number of ways to end the guild, leader v.s leader battles and so on.
What about a script where there is some type of battle arena? That would be a nice edition.
I can scrap up something and see what i can do for donations.

I'm not sure a battle arena would be a good idea since we have severe consequences for death such as losing all items, having health and mana dropped to 1 point and going to the underworld from which there is no exit. The main point of that is to make sure people don't take death lightly. Building an arena for people to fight in would encourage them to take death lightly.
I don't know of any time or place in real history where people willingly fought each other to the death in an arena. The only example of any arena type combat I can think of is the gladiators in the Roman Empire. They were, of course, slaves who were forced to fight each other.

On second thought, an arena would be good if it were added to the underworld (land of the dead) instead of the land of the living. There, the consequences of dying again are pretty minimal. You lose your items and your health and mana drop to 1, but you probably don't have many items and when you go to the underworld, it's just another part of the same area you're already in.
The underworld needs something like that to make it more interesting.
Come to think of it, there's already a room in the underworld that looks like an arena. It's large and round. It has four different places that look down on it where spectators could watch. One of the "spectator" places has a throne on a pile of skulls, said to be the throne of Valen, god of death. All across the floor are skeletons and bones with rats gnawing at them. There are sometimes weapons lying around on the floor as well. I never thought about it that way, but it does resemble a Roman arena with the emperor's throne set on a low ledge above the arena and the bodies and weapons of dead gladiators strewn about the combat area.
It did occur to me that people might battle for control of the throne. It is said that Valen has left the world and whoever sits in his vacant throne will rule the underworld.
